Disneyland Parade

Everybody loves a parade. When I was younger, I remember people flocking the streets just to watch a simple Barangay Santa Cruzan. Maybe its the colors or the pageantry or maybe just knowing someone participate in it is already a fun in itself. We marvel at the lights, the glitz and the smile that is common whether it is just a simple Barangay Parade or a lavish Grand Festival such as the Flower Festival of Pasadena and its local Baguio City version.

The Disneyland Parade is no exception. It has all the elements that makes a parade worth-watching. Elaborate costumes, colorful props, beautiful floats and those all so-familiar characters that we once loved. Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, Cinderella and her God Mother, The Little Mermaid, Alice in Wonderland, Toy Story Characters and of course Mickey and his Friends are all there to entertain the crowd. The parade lasted barely an hour but the smiles it left behind especially to the kids will last a lifetime.

  2. We did catch the parade twice. Exactly after the Golden Mickeys show, nagstart naman yung second run ng parade. Ang saya no? Feeling kiddo again. Which music did they use? During our visit, "Let It Snow" yung tune/theme. I was LSS-ing for a week because of that. =)
