Nagsasa Cove : A Perfect Backpackers' Weekend Getaway Place

Nagsasa Cove
Much has already been written about this little piece of paradise off the coast of Zambales. Although not as popular as Anawangin and may not be as interesting as Capones, Nagsasa Cove hold it's own as one of the most scenic and at the same time laid-back place where you could easily get lost to its beauty and not mind anything at all.

Tabuk City 5/5 : Impressions

I maybe the last one in my blogging comrades who have not set foot in Kalinga. My good friend Dong Ho has several posts about Kalinga and his story about the place fascinates me. And lately, another good travel buddy Lantaw has ventured in a photo-journey in Kalinga taking with him awesome photos of the last tattoed women of Buscalan.

Tabuk City 4/5: Love On Top

As the lyrics of the song in this blog's title goes "I can see the stars all the way from here. Can't you see the glow on the window pane? I can feel the sun whenever you're near. Every time you touch me I just melt away. Now everybody asks me why I'm smiling out from ear to ear..."

Tabuk City 3/5 : Holy Run

Contrary to the notion that Tabuk is a mountainous area, this capital of Kalinga Province is a flat, sweltering town on the banks of Chico River. A prominent structure at the town center is St. Williams Cathedral just in front of St. Williams Academy. Although it's facade is typically modern and not as fascinating as some century-old churches the region is known for, still, this Roman Catholic Church has its alluring appeal with its semi-open-type walls where church-goers can feel the air passing through it.
